Pre-Pay Comfort Program
The Pre-Pay Comfort Program is a "pre-buy" program that allows our customers to purchase propane during the summer months for the next heating seasons usage. The customer determines the amount they wish to purchase (minimum 300 gallons), select which payment option that meets their needs and we guarantee the price per gallon for those gallons. This allows the customers who participates to avoid winter price spikes when they are needing the propane the most!

FAQ
1. How many gallons should you purchase? 75-85% of your annual propane usage.
2. Is there a maximum amount that I can purchase? No, however all gas purchased on this program must be delivered by 6/30/09.
3. What if I don't use all of the propane I purchased? Any remaining gallons as of 6/30/09 will be converted to a dollar credit minus a $0.10 per gallon of unused gas roll over fee.There are NO CASH REFUNDS on unused prepay credit.
4. What happens if I use more propane than I purchased? Your price will return to the regular residential rate as of the day of delivery and we will continue to keep your tank serviced.
5. If the price of propane goes up, do I still get the Pre-Pay rate? Yes your price per gallon is guaranteed until the gallons purchased are delivered or 6/30/09 whichever comes first.
6. What if the price per gallon goes down, do I get the lower price? No your price is locked in at the Pre-Pay rate unless you purchase the additional "Downside Protection".
7. What is "Downside Protection"? Basically it is insurance that if the regular residential rate drops below the Pre-Pay rate, you will receive the lower of the two rates.
8. What are my payment options? We offer two payment plans. One is to pay in full at the time you sign-up, this will give you an additional $0.05 per gallon discount. The second option is 1/3 down with the remaining balance split into three automatic credit card payments over the following 3 months.
9. What is the Pre-Pay rate? The Pre-Pay rate will be calculated on the day of sign-up based on market price and the amount gas purchased.
10. How do I sign-up? Visit either office location and we will get the paper work started for you!
